AGS is proud to offer opportunities for children to learn about Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) in aviation!
Twice a year AGS partners with a local school to provide students with a STEM Aviation Career Day. On this day a small group of students have the opportunity to tour four different stations in which they learn about how STEM is an integral part in that particular field.
These four stations include the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Control Tower, Standard Aero, and a pilot and their aircraft.
If you would like for your school to participate in a future STEM Career Day please contact Lauren Smith at 706-798-3236 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
